Returns policy

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise).

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• With tags and original packaging where applicable

• Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Exceptions may apply to hygiene items, gift cards, and final-sale products.
